The Town of Rhinebeck Recreation Department Update

The Town of Rhinebeck Recreation Department is offering the opportunity to play indoor Pickleball on Thursdays from 8:00 p.m to 10:00 p.m. at Rhinebeck High School.
Pickleball is a great sport for all-around fitness. It exercises all of the major muscle groups, provides a cardio workout, and improves dexterity, balance, and agility.
All levels of experience (ages 16 and over) are welcome to enjoy this fast-growing sport that combines aspects of tennis, badminton and table tennis; it is normally played by two-person teams on a badminton-sized court.
Fees: No charge for initial session, $5 per individual session, $45 for full season. 10% discount for seniors 60 and older.
Season ends June 18, 2020. There are no sessions when school is closed for vacations and inclement weather.
