Right-Size Your Life

The idea of sorting through and sifting out a lifetime of papers and possessions can be overwhelming, and it is difficult to know where to begin. In this informative workshop, Colleen Ashe, Certified Professional Organizer, will offer tips and strategies for effectively and respectfully “right-sizing” your life.


Wisdom Arts for Living and Dying

with Rev. Lynda Carré

Monday, May 13, 2-3:30pm

Learn inspiring and practical ways to cultivate spiritual, emotional and physical health for living well through aging, illness and dying. Rev. Lynda Elaine Carré is an interfaith chaplain, yoga therapist, end-of life mentor, home funeral guide and founder of Wellspring Passages. She will share ancient to modern wisdom teachings and tools to empower a positive embodied experience through aging and end of life.


Ageless Grace®: Body Movement for Brain Health

with Ken Daley, Dianne Presti and Sally Sweeny, Ageless Grace Educators

Monday, June 10, 2-3:30pm

Ageless Grace® is a brain health fitness program that uses a variety of fun, easy movement exercises to activate all five functions of the brain – analytical, strategic, kinesthetic learning, memory/recall, creativity and imagination. In this interactive workshop, Ageless Grace® educators Ken Daley, Dianne Presti and Sally Sweeny will guide you through several of these exercises for optimizing brain health.


Also at the Center for Healthy Aging:

Caregiver Support Group: Two Thursdays per month, 3-4:30pm

Skills for Emotional Well-Being Therapy Group:

Second and fourth Tuesday of every month, 1-2:30pm

Adjustment to Aging Support Group:

Mondays from May 6–July 22, 2019, 10-11:30am

Body in Harmony Clinic: Thursday, May 16, 10am-2pm, appointment required
