Establishment of the Rhinebeck Emergency Preparedness Committee

Earlier this year both the Town and Village of Rhinebeck passed resolutions establishing the Emergency Preparedness Committee. The Emergency Coordinator serves as the chair of this committee, which shall include 7 concerned residents from the community at large, and 7 representatives (1 each) from the Village Police and Fire Departments, the Hillside and Rhinecliff fire companies, Northern Dutchess Hospital, the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Department and the NY State Police. The Town and Village Boards shall each designate a liaison to the committee. Members of the community who are interested in serving on this committee should forward their notice of interest by September 30th, as follows:
