RHINEBECK, NY July 12, 2018 – Rhinebeck Area Chamber of Commerce will bring a bit of Las Vegas to the Hudson Valley on Friday, July 27 at the Rhinecliff Hotel in Rhinecliff. The Chamber has enlisted a professional gaming company based in New York City and Albany to provide an authentic, real life experience, including professional dealers who will also guide and provide instruction for players. Five lively casino games will be available to play: poker, roulette, craps and two blackjack tables. Any and all experience levels welcome.

This special event is a fundraiser to help pay for new “Welcome to Rhinebeck” signs seen at the main entry points of the village. Tickets are $77 (lucky seven!) if purchased by July 21 (twenty-one!), or $99 at the door/after the deadline. Tickets include $500 in chips to play the games, along with appetizers, beer, wine, a signature cocktail and warm, welcoming views of the Hudson River. Sponsors for the event include Herring Sanitation, Rhinebeck Ford, LJ’s Towing, Beekman Arm Delamater Inn and Central Hudson.

The top two chip winners at the end of the night will receive a special prize (overnight stay at Foxwoods and a $100 gift certificate for food). Each attendee will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a hi-definition TV, compliments of Rhinebeck Ford, and two grand prize door prizes will be awarded as well.

“Who doesn’t love the energy of Vegas? It is so much fun and vibrant and let’s you try your skill and luck. It’s also the perfect chance to learn the most popular casino games with little pressure” states Rhinebeck Chamber’s Executive Director Claudia Cooley. “Bonus, the village benefits from this night by getting new welcome signs made.
