Through creative games, students develop scenes based on suggestions from the audience without using a script. Learn how to think on your feet while making magic. Improvisation is also a wonderful tool for stretching your traditional acting skills.

Intro to Musical Theater  

Welcome back to Niki Metcalf and Intro to Musical Theater camp!  
This camp is ideal for performers ages 10-16 who are exploring musical theater. Niki brings her incredible musical theater talent to teach foundations to beginning students as they prepare for public performances of “Seussical, Kids” a shortened version of the hit musical “Seussical the Musical.” The Cat in the Hat tells the story of Horton, an elephant who discovers the Whos in a tiny speck of dust.  The powers of friendship, loyalty, family and community are challenged and emerge triumphant!
July 9-20 (two weeks)

Summer Performance Camps

Is your child ready to take summer camp to the next level?Our summer Performance camps run for three weeks and are designed for actors ages 11 to 17 who have previous stage experience. Campers work with their director, musical director and stage manager to gain skills in stagecraft, choreography and singing. A the end of three weeks, campers will perform two full public performances. Camps run MondayFriday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
