* WHAT…Snow expected with some gusty winds. Total snow
accumulations of 3 to 8 inches, with localized amounts up to
10 inches for elevations greater than a 1000 feet, are
expected. Some wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph are possible
tomorrow afternoon into the evening.

* WHERE…The Capital District, Upper Hudson Valley and the
Glens Falls area including Washington County, and the Mid
Hudson Valley of east central New York.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 3 AM EST Saturday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Plan on slippery road conditions,
including during the morning and afternoon commutes on Friday.
Tree branches could fall with isolated power outages. Be
prepared for reduced visibilities at times. Some snow rates
could approach an inch an hour in the afternoon into the early
evening.
