Rhinecliff Sustainability Series Presents Hudson Solar and Rhinebeck’s First Community Solar Array

Rhinecliff Sustainability Series
Presents

Hudson Solar and
Rhinebeck’s First Community Solar Array

Monday, July 17 & Thursday, July 20 @ 6:30 pm

A Community Solar project is a group of solar panels installed in a sunny location. Homeowners, renters, and businesses can subscribe to access the clean energy produced by the panels, and get credits on their electric bills. You don’t need to be a property owner or even have a rooftop to subscribe to a Community Solar project. You just need to have an electric bill, and a desire to save.

Hudson Solar is a Rhinebeck-based company that has been designing and installing solar electric systems in the region for 15 years.  Jeff Irish is a licensed professional engineer, and an active party in the development of New York’s solar energy policy, working with the Department of Public Service (DPS) and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).

Free and open to the public.
