Hyde Park rehabilitation office to host Open House



Hyde Park, N.Y. – Physical and occupational therapists range in personality, techniques and specialties, so finding an ideal match can involve a little homework.


To help, Northern Dutchess Hospital will host an Open House with complimentary balance evaluations, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, at its outpatient rehabilitation office, 11 Crum Elbow Road, in the Health Center of Hyde Park plaza.


The public can also meet site supervisor Matthew Podhaiski, a physical therapist with 14 years of experience. Information will be given on office specialties related to sports medicine, orthopedics, fall prevention, stroke, brain injuries, hand therapy, Lymphedema therapy and more.


The public is welcome to tour the treatment rooms, view the medically advanced equipment and ask questions. Light refreshments will be served.
