Tax Prep SOS Tax Help Available at Red Hook Public Library

(RED HOOK, NY) —        Once again Red Hook Public Library will be hosting sessions with a counselor from the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance who is specially trained to help citizens file their yearly income taxes. Appointments will be taking place between 10am and 6pm on two dates – February 7th and April 11th – at the library. The counselor will be able to assist with paper or electronic filing. Sessions are 90 minutes, private, and free.

Please call the library at 758-3241 to reserve a spot. And since space is very limited, please be sure to let the library know if you cannot make your appointment so that it may be given to the next applicant.

Red Hook Public Library has been serving the community of Red Hook and its need for lifelong learning since 1898.
