Clinton Community Library Offers Free Women’s Self-Defense Workshop

 

(Rhinebeck, NY) — Self-defense is not always about raising your fists but about being aware, knowing your surroundings, and not putting yourself in a situation that could be dangerous. Prevent victimization before it happens.

Be Real About Injuries Now (B.R.A.I.N.) Programs Inc. will present a FREE self-defense class for women on November 6th at 1:00pm that will cover real-life skills that can protect you, your family, and friends.

This class will be taught by Keith Duncan, 5th degree black belt. Keith has 34 years of martial arts experience. During this class, Keith will teach preventative measures as well as techniques to use to defend yourself if the need arises.
