Red Hook Public Library hosts workshop on aging gracefully

(RED HOOK, NY) —  Learn how to age well, like a fine wine, when Brian Jones of the Dutchess County Office of the Aging presents “Successful Aging,” a program about getting the most out of life at any age at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 18, at Red Hook Public Library. Jones will introduce a simple 13-step plan to get people on the path to fulfillment, covering a variety of topics, including volunteerism, adapting to change and social engagement. He will demonstrate that much of the decline that people assume is a natural consequence of aging is not true.

Free and open to the public. Call the library at 845-758-3241 to register.
