Panel to share perspectives on the aging body at Northern Dutchess Hospital
Rhinebeck, N.Y. – Northern Dutchess Hospital will present The Aging Body: A Conversation at 2 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 26, in the cafeteria conference room, 6511 Springbrook Ave.
The hospital’s Center for Healthy Aging will host this Wellness Series program, featuring a dynamic panel and group discussion about our aging and changing bodies.
Multidisciplinary panelists will share their insights about personal and societal perspectives on the aging body. Small group discussions will give participants a chance to share their own feelings, observations and experiences.
Speakers include: Center for Healthy Aging Social Worker Allison Gould; Dyson Breast Center Social Worker and Patient Navigator Elizabeth Bourne; Northern Dutchess Hospital Physical Therapist Jill Taylor; creative arts therapist Theresa Haney; and painter/sculptor Phyllis Palmer of Tivoli.
