“SCOUTING” FOR FOOD -2016
On April 9th the tenth annual Boy and Girl Scouts’ food drive helped us fill our pantry shelves of quickly disappearing products, such as soup, pasta, canned meat and mac ‘n cheese. The dedication of Cub Scout Pack 28, Girl Scout Troop 10479 and Boy Scout Troops 128 and 228, as well as many parents and volunteers, is reflected in this successful community outreach.
We thank them and all of the residents who filled those grocery bags for pick up and to those residents who made the special effort to drop off or send bags of food because they were away that day.
Thomas Foote’s photos capture the day without another word!
