October 5 5APPLE, CORN & PUMPKIN LEAVES with The Story crafters a lively participatory seasonal storytelling performance for the whole family! A collection of stories and songs just right for the fall, with images of apples, pumpkins, and harvest dotted throughout.

October 12 WELCOME PARK by Up in Arms A new puppet show comes to Rhinebeck! Welcome Park is opening a new visitor center and Bunny and his friends want to get in on the act. They approach Park Ranger Ned with the idea that they could teach visitors about the seasons. Join Park Ranger Ned and his friends on this mad-cap musical

October 19 WILD WORLD OF REPTILES with Wildman Jack Wildman Jack DiMuccio gives the audience an opportunity to become familiar with the natural history of many strange and interesting animals. Learn about the survival of reptiles (snakes, crocodilians, lizards, turtles and tortoises) with lots of audience participation and hands-on opportunities

October 26 THREE WISHES and WOLF IN SHEEP’S CLOTHING By the Spring Valley Puppet Theater Enjoy two puppet shows in one morning! What would you do if a magic elf gave you three wishes? That’s just what happens to Henry and Gretchen in this puppet production of “Three Wishes.” In “Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing,” a hungry wolf tries to outwit the savvy shepherd and make a meal of the helpless, little lamb. Helpless? Maybe not!
