* HAZARD TYPES…SNOW…SLEET…AND FREEZING RAIN.

* ACCUMULATIONS…SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 4 TO 8 INCHES…ALONG
  WITH UP TO ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH OF ICE.

* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES…ONE TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR TONIGHT.

* TIMING…PRECIPITATION STARTING EARLY THIS EVENING…BECOMING STEADIER TONIGHT…AND CONTINUING THROUGH MUCH OF TUESDAY. PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN AS SNOW…THEN GRADUALLY CHANGE TO A MIX OF SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN AFTER MIDNIGHT INTO EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.
