New York State Police Reports : Milan Man Arrested After Reported Disturbance

On Saturday, January 5th, at approximately 9:24pm, Troopers from SP Rhinebeck were dispatched via DC911 reported a physical dispute at 924 Salisbury Turnpike in the Town of Milan. Troopers arrived at the scene at which time their investigation revealed Mr. WILLIAM G. STUTZ, 35 yoa, of 924 Salisbury Turnpike, Milan, NY assaulted another person. He was taken into custody and transported to SP Rhinebeck for processing. Mr. STUTZ was charged with Assault 3rd Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2nd Degree. He was arraigned in the Town of Milan Justice Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail on $4000 cash / $2000 bond to reappear February 7th at 9:30am.
