Daily Freeman Reports: Rhinebeck school district seeks to head off serious injuries

RHINEBECK, N.Y. — The Board of Education is considering  a policy requiring students in grades 5 through 12 to undergo neurocognitive testing to set a baseline for comparison if they suffer head injuries later on.
