Stewart’s recalls ice cream products

SARATOGA SPRINGS — Stewart’s Shops has recalled 19 ice cream products that might contain foreign material because of an equipment failure at its Saratoga County manufacturing plant.

The chain, which has numerous stores in the Hudson Valley, says the ice cream was sold at shops in New York state and southern Vermont. The recall involves products made since May 19 and distributed in containers marked with the plant number 36-3918.
