Rhinebeck schools seek to avoid drop in proficiency

RHINEBECK — Noting changes in how proficiency is measured on the basis of state standardized test scores, Rhinebeck school district officials say they need to avoid complacency that could lead to a further reduction in the number of students considered to be performing well.
