Don’t pollute the water: Program to collect old prescription drugs

This year, there are more than 240 drug collection sites throughout New York, and “the number will increase,” said John Gilbride of the New York Drug Enforcement Administration. Last year, there were 208 drug collection sites in New York.

For Dutchess and Ulster County residents, there will be four collection sites in Red Hook, Rhinebeck and New Paltz.
