Police urge patience in investigation of Hyde Park killing

“I would hope that people would just go about their daily routines, that people would live their lives as they normally would,” Broe said. “I know it’s frustrating. I know there is an anxiety level in this area right now. I can understand that. I will do my best to pacify people’s fears and at the same time not divulge sensitive information. … There is a level of frustration on our part not to be able to give people the answers that will make everyone feel better. I would just expect people to use common sense as they normally do. … People have to be patient. They have to understand what we’re up against and the work we are doing.”
