School Board Adopts Proposed 2010-11 Budget for Voter Consideration on May 18, 2010

On May 18, 2010, the community’s registered voters will have the opportunity to vote on the 2010-11 proposed budget, as well as on the election of individuals to fill three expired seats on the Board of Education. If the budget does not receive voter approval, the Board will be required to reduce the budget by an additional amount of approximately $572,000 if it is required to adopt a contingency budget under the guidelines of current State Education Law.
