The Dutchess County Agricultural Society is accepting scholarship applications from Dutchess County high school students seeking a degree in agriculture, horticulture, human ecology or a related field.
The Society awards one $8,000 scholarship per year.
Eligible students should demonstrate commitment to volunteer service in the community; be a graduating high school senior in good academic standing; and be enrolled full-time in an accredited two- or four-year college or university.
