Mrs. Cohen, who is 55, was sitting at the dining room table with her husband, Sam. They own a bakery on East 55th Street, near First Avenue, called Dessert Delivery. And last year, they bought a house here in the Hudson Valley about two scenic hours north of Manhattan. It is where they spend Sundays, their only day off each week. It’s also where Mrs. Cohen keeps Omar, the name she gave the car because of the design of the front end. “It looks like an Arabian prince,” she said.
