Sheriff’s Office warns Red Hook residents about burglaries

 

The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office has sent out an alert to all residents to be aware of unfamiliar cars frequenting the area, and to be cognizant of individuals sitting in parked cars for extended periods of time.

He also asked residents to carefully note the appearance of the individuals and the make and model of the vehicles.

“We ask that residents take extra care in securing valuables as well as locking doors and windows when away.”
