Arlington and Rhinebeck high school graduating seniors interested in a degree in either visual or performing arts are encouraged to apply for the James S. Barton Jr. Emerging Artist Fund scholarship for $1,000.
Students applying to or graduating from Dutchess Community College are eligible. The college or university must be accredited. Applications are due April 30.
