Dutchess County ‘social host’ law ~ Older law, but new to some!

The county’s Social Host Law, which took effect June 26th, 2008 makes it a violation of law punishable by a fine or imprisonment for anyone – regardless of age – who owns or rents a home or apartment to knowingly permit someone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages.
