		<description>FROST MEMORIAL FUND, INC.

We are pleased to announce the creation of Frost Memorial Fund, Inc., by the late Barbara V. Frost and Benson R. Frost, Jr. The Directors are now organizing the Fund so that it may make grants in the near future. In early 2010, we will post guidelines for program grant proposals on our website (www.FrostMemorialFund.org).

The founders intended that the Fund support civic and charitable endeavors, primarily in the Village and Town of Rhinebeck, through grants to eligible public charities organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes. They spent a great deal of their lives saving and preparing to leave their estates for the benefit of the community they loved. We will carry out their intentions.
