Walk-Ilates Class

We are excited to offer the Hudson Valley’s first ever Walk-ilates class at Rhinebeck Pilates! A Walk-ilates class consists of a 1/2hr of pilates exercises and stretches that train the body to be in correct alignment and to use proper biomechanics while walking, running, and even standing. The 2nd 1/2hr of class is an energetic walk outdoors with focus on proper gait. Students are given individual corrections to help their bodies move more freely and with ease while walking.
