RHINEBECK — Two Rhinebeck teenagers have been arrested after a month-long investigation into the illegal use of credit cards.

Rhinebeck police say the two boys, ages 16 and 15, purchased more than $9,000 worth of merchandise over the Internet using a neighbor’s credit cards.
