Dutchess County Fairgrounds
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 4th, 5th, and 6th, the Dutchess County Fair is hosting the Great American Picnic on the fairgrounds. The Hudson Valley Philharmonic will be performing on Friday at 7:00 p.m. Two demolition derbies will be held on Saturday at 2:30 and 7:00 p.m. Fireworks will be presented at dusk on both nights. The event will take place from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday - 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday. The admission for Carloads is $30 advanced and $40 at the gate. Walkup admission is $7 advanced and $11 at the gate. A discount price of $6.00 will be offered with proof of Rhinebeck residency. On Sunday, July 6th, WBPM will be presenting Freedom Fest, a classic rock concert from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm. All events will be held rain or shine.
